Mud cake middle riddle

Question: I have tried baking mud cakes but they don’t seem to cook in the middle. What’s wrong?

If your mud cake isn’t cooking in the middle, it needs longer baking. Often oven temperatures aren’t too accurate at the lower temperatures; the longer slower baking won’t hurt the cake.
