Pigs in Blankets
INGREDIENTS

2 sheets ready-rolled puff pastry
16 cocktail frankfurters
1 egg, beaten lightly

METHOD

Preheat oven to hot. Cut each puff pastry sheet into 8 squares. Wrap a cocktail frankfurt in each square; brush with lightly beaten egg, then place on baking-paper-lined oven tray.

Bake in hot oven until pastry is golden brown. Serve with tomato sauce and mild mustard, if desired.
