Breakfast bircher museli

3 cups (300g) rolled oats
½ cup (100g) small whole figs, halved
1 cup apple juice
1 cup milk
½ apple, grated
½ teaspoon cinnamon
300g frozen blueberries
1/3 cup chopped toasted hazelnuts
2 cups vanilla yoghurt
dried apple rings to garnish (optional)


Combine oats, figs, juice and milk into a large bowl; cover and refrigerate overnight.

Stir grated apple, cinnamon, blueberries, hazelnuts and half the yoghurt into the oats and mix well.

Divide amongst 6 large bowls and top with a dollop of yoghurt and slices of dried apple.
